Specialists for the numbers behind your business and your builds
Most offshore providers staff any role for any industry. We focus on two disciplines and hire only people trained in them.
Accounting & finance
For accounting firms, CPA practices and in-house finance teams that need more capacity through tax season and beyond.
- Bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP and AR
- BAS, IAS and GST work for Australian and NZ clients
- US individual and business tax return preparation
- Payroll, month-end close and management reports
- Audit support and workpaper preparation
Construction & quantity surveying
For builders, subcontractors, developers and QS consultancies that are pricing more work than their estimators can cover.
- Quantity take-offs for every trade
- Bills of quantities and tender pricing
- Elemental cost plans and budget estimates
- Subcontractor quote levelling
- Progress claims, variations and cost reports
Where the two meet: construction accounting
Progress billing, variations and cost-versus-budget tracking sit between the site and the ledger. Our quantity surveyors already prepare them on high-rise projects, so the numbers your accountant receives are measured, checked and ready to post.
Built for firms that can't compromise on accuracy
Qualified people, tested before you meet them
Candidates hold accounting, civil engineering or QS degrees and pass a practical test built around your software and templates.
Your hours, not ours
Cebu is two to three hours behind Sydney, so Australian clients get a full shared day. US clients get a dedicated night shift that overlaps your working hours.
Secure by default
Company-managed laptops with multi-factor login, VPN access to your systems, no USB storage and signed confidentiality agreements.
Clear, flat pricing
One monthly fee covers salary, statutory benefits, equipment, IT and management. No placement fees and no long lock-in.
Projects our quantity surveyors have delivered

Mixed-use high-rise tower
Bills of quantities, variation and change orders, progress billing and cost monitoring against budget, for a major Philippine contractor and later the developer.
Residential mid-rise
Quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, subcontract documentation and progress billing evaluation.
Developer projects, 2024–2026
Detailed take-offs, estimates and BOQs, tender evaluation, contractor billing checks and cost variance reporting.
Resort, business park and public works
Quality control inspections, concrete testing and project documentation in our team's early engineering roles.
Pick the model that fits your workload
Dedicated team member
A full-time professional who works only for you. You direct the work day to day; we handle employment, equipment, HR and replacement cover.
Best for firms with steady, repeatable work and an in-house reviewer.
Managed pod
A small team led by a Keystone senior who reviews output before it reaches you. You get one point of contact and agreed turnaround times.
Best for firms without spare reviewer capacity, or scaling past three hires.
Per-project work
Priced per estimate, per take-off package or per clean-up job. Useful for tender peaks, catch-up bookkeeping and end-of-year crunch.
Best for testing us before committing to a dedicated hire.
A deep bench of accounting and engineering graduates
The Philippines is one of the world's largest outsourcing destinations, and Cebu is its second-largest hub after Metro Manila.
- Language

Common questions
How quickly can I have someone working?
Most roles are filled within two to four weeks from signing. Specialist senior roles, such as cost managers or audit seniors, can take longer.
Who employs the staff?
Keystone Global is the legal employer in the Philippines. We pay salaries, government contributions and 13th-month pay, and we manage leave and performance with you.
Do they use my software and templates?
Yes. Your team member logs into your systems through a secure connection and follows your checklists, templates and naming conventions.
What happens if the person isn't the right fit?
We replace them at no extra recruitment cost and handle the handover.
Can I start small?
Yes. Many clients start with per-project work or a single hire, then add people once processes are settled.
